The wallet alpha is pre-release software made available only to users we invite or approve. You may use it only for internal evaluation, testing, and feedback. You may not transfer your invitation or give unapproved third parties access.
The wallet alpha is experimental and may contain bugs, incomplete features, security limitations, or compatibility issues. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed at any time without notice. We do not promise any service level, uptime, support response time, or continuity of any feature, data, invitation, or account.
You must not rely on the wallet alpha for emergency, business-critical, legal, regulatory, identity-recovery, or compliance-sensitive use cases.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your device, login credentials, and local wallet protections secure. If you believe your account or device has been compromised, stop using the wallet alpha and contact us promptly.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the wallet alpha, you understand that certain operational, device, legal, and security records are necessary to provide and secure the service.
If you send us suggestions, bug reports, ideas, screenshots, test notes, or other feedback, you grant Authbound a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback into our products and services without compensation to you.
The wallet alpha, related documentation, branding, and all associated intellectual property remain owned by Authbound or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the wallet alpha for approved testing.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you breached these Terms, created security risk, or if we decide to end or pause the alpha. You may stop using the wallet alpha at any time and may request account deletion through the app or via our public deletion page. Deletion requests are subject to a grace period during which access is blocked but the request may still be canceled. Once deletion enters processing, it can no longer be canceled.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the wallet alpha is provided "as is" and "as available". Authbound disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Authbound is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, credentials, business, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the wallet alpha. Authbound's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the wallet alpha will not exceed EUR 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
